The real-time survey capabilities enable call centers to gather critical and precise customer feedback for analysis immediately following a customer transaction. Surveys are built from questions that can easily be customized to address specific topics, or can be selected from a predefined library of questions.

The Survey Module facilitates open-ended qualitative question delivery and supports 15 different types of customer responses including sliding scales as well as specific answers.
